Catering Information: Reservations, Guarantees, etc.
Thank you for inquiring about our catering services!
Reservations:
A credit card is required at the time an event is booked. This is solely to hold/ reserve the date and will not be used unless authorized by the card holder. If the final balance is not collected or there is a cancellation of our services within 48hours of the event, then the credit card on file will be charged.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your date for Wedding Receptions.
For any other parties or events falling on a major holiday or holiday weekend, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is due in order to reserve the date. Continued...

Guarantee Policy:
Once you have made your menu selections a proposal will be prepared. The proposal will state the deadline by which you must submit your guaranteed headcount. Any increase in the headcount after that date will result in an additional 10% surcharge to cover the higher cost of ordering your food at the last minute.
We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. If you pay with a credit card an additional 2.5% will be added to your bill. Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment in full is requested on the day of the event. Thank You!
Cancellation Policy:
If a scheduled catering is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, 25% of the invoice cost will be charged to the credit card on file. If the catering order is cancelled within 24 hours or less a 50% fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Delivery or Travel Fees:
Catering outside of Pagosa Springs will be subject to a delivery or travel fee.
Trailer/Commercial Kitchen on Site:
Many venues do not have a kitchen on site. We have a portable NSF equipped kitchen that can be transported to site (some exclusions may apply).

Complimentary Tasting for Confirmed Wedding Bookings:
If you have reserved your wedding reception date with a deposit, we can accommodate a tasting at our restaurant. More details and specifics upon request.
Outside Vendors
The costs of all outside vendors including, but not limited to: linens, tableware, tents, flowers, chairs, etc. will be the responsibility of the client. We will gladly act as your agent and place your orders and arrange delivery with the vendors. However Eddie B Cookin Catering will not be responsible if an outside vendor fails to satisfy or meet the customer’s expectations.

Table Linens: White, standard round or rectangle: $12.50 ea.
Linen Napkins: many colors available: $1.05 ea.
China Plates: 10” dinner & 7” dessert: $.55 ea.
Stainless Flatware: fork, knife, spoon, etc.: $.55 ea.
Glassware: Water goblets, wine glasses: $.55 ea.
8 Quart Rectangular Chaffers: $19.00 ea.
5 Quart Round Chaffers: $14.00 ea.
8ft. Banquet Tables: $9.00 ea.
6ft. Banquet Tables: $8.00 ea.
Pick Up & Delivery to and From Durango Party Rental: $100.00
Trailer on Site Rental Fee: $300.00
Rental rates are a sample of Durango Party Rental’s fees. Kangaroo Express which originates out of Durango is another delivery option. They charge per pound or if the delivery requires a dedicated run, the fee is $35-$45hr.
