Once you have made your menu selections a proposal will be prepared. The proposal will state the deadline by which you must submit your guaranteed headcount. Any increase in the headcount after that date will result in an additional 10% surcharge to cover the higher cost of ordering your food at the last minute. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. If you pay with a credit card an additional 2.5% will be added to your bill. Complimentary Tasting for Confirmed Wedding Bookings: If you have reserved your wedding reception date with a deposit, we can accommodate a tasting at our restaurant. More details and specifics upon request. Outside Vendors The costs of all outside vendors including, but not limited to: linens, tableware, tents, flowers, chairs, etc. will be the responsibility of the client. We will gladly act as your agent and place your orders and arrange delivery with the vendors. However Eddie B Cookin Catering will not be responsible if an outside vendor fails to satisfy or meet the customer’s expectations.
