I have a pair of possibly Antique White bloomers. They are in very good condition, save for a little fraying of the Cotton Lace around the cuffs, and perfectly wearable. The fabric is quite thick cotton, which has a 'brushed', fluffy look on the inside surface.

Would it be safe to put these through the washing machine with other white cotton? If not, how should I clean them?
